Casting news! Not long after the recent announcement of Milla Jovovich’s involvement in The Three Musketeers, several news sources are reporting that Milla’s Dirty Girl co-star Juno Temple is currently in talks for the latest upcoming adaptation of the Alexandre Dumas-classic. From Reuters:
British actress Juno Temple is in negotiations to play Queen Anne in the 3D version of the classic tale of The Three Musketeers. The project begins shooting in September with Paul W.S. Anderson directing. Logan Lerman, Ray Stevenson, Luke Evans, Matthew Macfayden, Christoph Waltz, Mads Mikkelsen and Milla Jovovich also star in the film.
Summit is distributing domestically and handling foreign sales.
The role will reunite Temple with Jovovich, both of whom recently wrapped shooting Killer Films’ Dirty Girl, in which Temple has the title role.

The film co-stars Juno Temple, Tim McGraw and William H. Macy. Looks like she might’ve been filming a wedding scene?

Apr. 11th, 2010 08:44 pmweber_dubois22Even generous with her fans, Milla Jovovich has via her Twitter account @MillaJovovich posted a fourth picture of her on the set of Abe Sylvia’s Dirty Girl, for which filming has been ongoing since late March. In this latest pic, Milla poses for a shot with co-star William H. Macy, with whom she was previously set to work on Keep Coming Back, an independent film that eventually fell through (reportedly due to financing difficulties).

Milla Jovovich has been tweeting again via her Twitter account @MillaJovovich, this time from the set of Dirty Girl! Dirty Girl, the newest film from writer-director Abe Sylvia, began filming recently with Milla and co-stars Juno Temple, Tim McGraw, William H. Macy & co., and last night, Milla was kind enough to share with her fans a first look at her and her co-stars in full gear on the location of the shoot.

Milla Jovovich, William H. Macy, Mary Steenburgen, Dwight Yoakam and Tim McGraw have boarded the cast of the indie drama Dirty Girl starring Juno Temple. According to Variety, the film “is set in 1987 in Oklahoma, features a high school tramp seeking the father she never knew who runs away with a closeted gay boy who wants to escape going to military school, portrayed by newcomer Jeremy Dozier.”
While the logline makes it sound like the film is a parody of an indie movie, first-time writer-director Abe Sylvia’s script was on the Black List (a list of the best unproduced screenplays in Hollywood). Jovovich will next be seen in Resident Evil: Afterlife, and Macy will next be seen in Marmaduke. One of those films could use more zombies and the other could use more talking animals.

Just minutes ago, Milla Jovovich announced via her Twitter account @MillaJovovich that she will be starring in the new film Dirty Girl from writer-director Abe Sylvia! She has been cast in the film opposite William H. Macy and Juno Temple.

its with Juno Temple, an incredible young actress who will play my daughter! lol! a daughter my character had when she was 16! it takes place in the early 80’s and its a comedy abt two teens who run away from home leaving their dysfunctional parents freaking out.
