Actress and supermodel Milla Jovovich is planning a play-date for her daughter with co-star Marcia Cross's children while they film their new movie Bringing Up Bobby.

The 34-year-old is currently shooting the new drama alongside the Desperate Housewives actress. The movie, which is being directed by Nip/Tuck actress Famke Janssen, who also wrote the script, is about a European con artist (Jovovich) and her son, who try to escape her criminal past and start a new life in Oklahoma.

Looks like Milla’s back in OKC! We once again have a couple of new tweets from Milla Jovovich herself via her verified Twitter account @MillaJovovich, tweeting news and updates from the Bringing Up Bobby set in Oklahoma City, OK.

Perhaps most noteworthily, Milla’s been tweeting some additional casting details on the upcoming, Famke Janssen directorial debut. In addition to the already previously announced Marcia Cross (Desperate Housewives), Milla says she will be joined on the OKC set by at least Bill Pullman (The Grudge) and Rory Cochrane (CSI: Miami, and his 1993 movie with Milla Dazed and Confused). The Internet Movie Database further lists child actor Spencer List and Ray Prewitt (Brothers) as confirmed cast members of the film.

Filming for the motion picture "Bringing Up Bobby" began this week in Oklahoma. Milla Jovovich, Marcia Cross and Bill Pullman star in the film written and directed by Famke Janssen. Newcomer Spencer List, 12, plays Bobby.

"Bringing Up Bobby" follows a European con-artist named Olive (Jovovich) and her son, Bobby (List), who find themselves in Oklahoma after an escape effort. Cross plays the role of Bobby's foster mother. On Tuesday afternoon, Jovovich wrote about her participation on Twitter, "Hey guys! Been crazy! Came home 4 a day 2 get ready 2 go 2 oklahoma tonite 2 start my new film 'bringing up bobby'! will keep u updated!"

Marcia Cross has joined indie drama "Bringing Up Bobby" opposite Milla Jovovich, with Famke Janssen directing from her own script. Producers are Sofia Sondervan and Janssen. Shooting begins July 19.

Story centers on a European con artist and her 10-year-old son who find themselves in Oklahoma in an effort to escape her past and build a better future. The duo blithely charm their way from one adventure to another until the mother's criminal past catches up with her.

Cross plays a woman who's able to deal with the loss of her own child by becoming the adoptive mother of the son, portrayed by Spencer List. Bill Pullman has been set to play the husband of Cross' character.

Despite our initial hesitations, it appears to be true! Via her verified Twitter account @MillaJovovich, Milla Jovovich has confirmed the news from a couple of weeks ago that she will be starring in X-Men actress Famke Janssen’s directorial debut, Bringing Up Bobby. Via Twitter:

@vinyarb gr8! Cause I hve a comedy coming out next year called “dirty girl” and will b shooting another in july called “bringing up bobby”!

We’ll be sure to add this movie to our list of Milla’s upcoming productions later this week.

Here in Cannes, Bankside is also handling Bringing Up Bobby, the directorial debut of actress Famke Janssen that will star Milla Jovovich. (This is a crime drama about a con artist who will do anything for her 10-year-old son.) Janssen also wrote the screenplay and is producing. Shooting begins in the late summer with delivery due in early 2011.
