The Fouth Kind's First Poster

The Fourth Kind, one more than a close encounter of the third kind, implies alien abduction, just to clear that up. It seems that both the poster and the teaser really want you to know what the title means. If you didn't catch the trailer, you should, it's an odd egg. The film is from first time writer/director Olatunde Osunsanmi, who uses archival footage mixed with dramatizations and re-enactments in this film. The movie stars Milla Jovovich, Will Patton, and Elias Koteas.

It seems odd to me that in the 10th anniversary year of The Blair Witch Project, both this film and the upcoming Paranormal Activity are breathing life back into the "found footage" horror genre. I guess it takes 10 years for over-exposure wounds to heal.
