The Beatle heir, whose previous consorts include Bijou Phillips and Elizabeth Jagger, seems besotted by the actress, who was once engaged to her "Resident Evil" director, Paul W.S. Anderson, and once married to her "Fifth Element" director, Luc Besson.
Naomi Campbell spotted the couple nuzzling at Sean (P. Diddy) Combs' Royal Birthday Ball last week.
"Is this what's going on now?" Campbell asked.
Jovovich nodded shyly.
"I love this!" Campbell shrieked and promptly took her pal aside for some serious girl talk.
