That’s right, even more news and goodies from the set of director Leo Gabriadze’s upcoming Russian-language romcom, Vykrutasy, currently in the final stages of filming in Moscow, Russia. Milla Jovovich stars opposite Ivan Urgant and Konstantin Khabenskiy.
Spoiler Warning: Please be advised that any and all material from the set of a film may and is likely to contain spoilers as to the story and its outcome. If you wish to remain 100% spoiler-free regarding Vykrutasy, you’ll want to skip this update. Thank you.
First we have another batch of pictures from the set. And today, thanks to a heads-up from Vasilij we’ve updated the gallery with a couple more from the June 22 day of shooting, courtesy of ternovskiy’s Livejournal page. Then for some news via Sugar Mouse. To begin with, Milla’s character in the film finally has a name — Nadya. We were also surprised and delighted to learn that Milla’s mother Galina also makes a (small) appearance in the film — check out a picture of Galina on the wedding set of the film at our gallery, thanks to drugoi’s Livejournal page. And this wouldn’t be a proper media update without some video clips as well, would it, so here goes: First, we have this Russian-language trailer for Vykrutasy. Because Milla is not at all featured in the trailer, we’ve chosen not to embed it here, but you can nevertheless check it out on YouTube if you’re interested in the film overall.
Then we have this video clip from the wedding set of the film. Milla is, of course, featured so it’s worth a look on that account alone, but it’s also an interesting look at how things work on a movie set. Courtesy of drugoi’s Livejournal page:
